Set your dose, choose a recipe, and follow the timer. The pours scale to your dose automatically.

A reliable, sweet, balanced cup. Bloom, two pours, a gentle swirl.

Grind medium-fine (like table salt). Water about 94 to 96°C.

Press start, then follow each pour. Total brew about 3:30.

  1. 0:00Bloom: pour to 30 g. Swirl gently.
  2. 0:45Pour steadily up to 150 g (60%).
  3. 1:15Pour up to 250 g (100%).
  4. 1:45Give the V60 a gentle swirl, then let it draw down.
  5. 3:30Done. Aim for a flat, even bed.
